Geosim
GeoSim is a browser-based geopolitical strategy game where you take control of any nation or entity on Earth and shape the course of history from 2025 onward. Every country, every conflict, and every diplomatic relationship is simulated in real time as the world evolves around you.
Lead Any Nation Choose from 200+ independent nations, aspiring states, and separatist movements — from the United States of America to Iraqi Kurdistan, from the Republic of Kosovo to Rojava. Each entity has real leaders, real GDP, real military strength, real religions, and real ethnic compositions.
Wage War & Conquer Declare war, commit soldiers, capture provinces, and annex defeated nations. Wars escalate realistically over multiple turns — starting with cautious skirmishes and building to total mobilisation. NATO Article 5 triggers automatically when members are attacked. Annex your enemies, install puppet states, or impose ceasefire terms.
Diplomacy & Alliances Form alliances, mutual defence pacts, and rivalries. Every nation has a bilateral relations score with you ranging from -100 to +100, shifting based on your actions — wars, aid packages, assassinations, and bribes all leave their mark. Warn aggressors, back the underdog, or jump into someone else's war.
Covert Operations Run military operations against foreign targets — drone strikes, sniper operations, car bombs, poisonings, cyber attacks, kidnappings, and infrastructure sabotage. Choose from 19 target tiers ranging from head of state down to journalists and film directors. Get caught and face war. Succeed and watch governments destabilise.
Internal Control Govern your nation with 24 internal operations across six categories — impose curfews, purge the military, ban opposition parties, deploy secret police, orchestrate show trials, rig elections, or in the most extreme cases, pursue scorched earth and nuclear sabre-rattling.
Trigger World Events Destabilise any country with 20 hand-crafted scenarios — economic crashes, military coups, assassinations, earthquakes, oil discoveries, civil wars, golden ages, famines, nuclear accidents, and more. You are not just playing history, you are writing it.
UN General Assembly Call emergency sessions of the United Nations, draft resolutions, and lobby the world. Bribe any country except the resolution target to swing the vote in your favour. Pass sanctions, recognise breakaway states, or condemn your enemies on the world stage.
Population & Culture Import citizens from other nations, creating diaspora communities tracked in your country profile. Promote specific religions — Catholicism, Sunni Islam, Shia Islam, Protestantism, Orthodox Christianity and more. Influence ethnic compositions through migration programs and cultural policy. Every country displays its real religious and ethnic breakdown.
A Living World The world never sits still. AI nations threaten, issue ultimatums, and declare war on their neighbours. NATO defends its members. Rebel groups rise and fall. Leaders age and die, coups happen, revolutions sweep governments away. The global tension meter climbs toward great power conflict.
World Stats & War History Track every nation's GDP, population, army size, combat power, GDP per capita, area in km², and your bilateral relations score in a fully sortable world table. Every war is recorded in the war history with casualties, duration, outcome, and notes — with NATO coalition wars grouped into single entries.

Sounds good, the game is still 2 weeks old and certainly not finished, a tutorial is on the todo list. We have made the game available so people can tell us what they think of it, share some bugs you encountered, and you can also request some features you think are missing from the game, so we can add it.
